Er hat es geschafft...

Tony Nicklinson starb heute morgen an einer Lungenentzündung.
Seine Frau Jane Nicklinson schreibt in http://www.facebook.com/groups/tonynicklinson/ :
"Tony has given up his fight. He died this morning with us all around him. He said to me on Friday that there was no fight left in him and slipped away this morning of Pneumonia. He declined rapidly over the weekend and was peaceful at the end. I have lost the love of my life but I am so relieved he is no longer suffering. Nobody deserves to suffer like he did."
Tony war seit einem Schlaganfall 2005 so gelähmt, wie man es nur sein kann. Weder Sprechen noch normale Nahrungsaufnahme war ihm möglich. Er konnte nur über Augenbewegungen und einem Computer mit der Außenwelt kommunizieren.
